Our Reserve Zinfandel is a blend of the best of our Zin lots. A magical marriage of structure, texture and flavors occurs from the additional oak aging this wine receives. The nose presents creamy mocha and vanilla in a backdrop of dark ripe fruit. Delicious flavors of plum, raspberry, blackberry, mocha and vanilla are perfectly woven into the structure of tannin and oak. With so many interesting flavors and the potential for aging, you'll want to have plenty of our '05 Reserve Zinfandel around to enjoy every stage of its evolution.

2005 Zinfandel Diane's Reserve, Dry Creek Valley
Our first vintage of Diane's Reserve offers tantalizing and complex aromas of creamy oak, rich berries and dusty cocoa with a touch of black pepper. The velvety texture is wrapped in a seductive core of lush, vine-ripened blackberries and dark chocolate laced with hints of espresso and vanillin oak. This wine is hard to set down, and may be equally hard to leave to age in your cellar. If you can, the reward will be evident in a year or two, and if you can't, you still won't be disappointed.
