TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED SHIPPING

Temperature controlled trucking is now available with Wilson Winery at no additional expense to you!!

Your order must be received and processed by Wilson Winery before 9 am each Monday morning. It will be sent by temperature controlled shipping trucks on Thursday or Friday of that week to distribution hubs around the country.

In the summer, your wine will be packed in Styrofoam shippers to accommodate the ice packs that will be added at these hubs, and then delivered to their final destination within two days.

In the winter, your wine is transferred at the regional hub to a non-temperature controlled truck. Pending current and local weather, your wine will be sent on to its final destination. Customers will receive two email notifications: you will receive notification when it is initially shipped from our locale and a second after it is shipped from the distribution hub that will include a tracking number and expected delivery date.

Once your wine shipment is received at the local depot for delivery, it is important that your wine is received on the first attempted delivery or held at the depot for pick up. Wine can be damaged during extreme weather if left over night in the delivery truck.

If you are unable to receive your wine at the shipping address on the first attempted delivery, please contact the shipper to arrange to have it held at the depot. Federal Express: 1-800-463-3339 or UPS 1-800-742-5877 and have your tracking number available.

Please request temperature controlled trucking when placing your order if the temperatures are of concern to the safety of your wine. If you are unsure, please call Wilson Winery at (707) 433-4355 to speak with one of our team members.
